94pkr Terms & Conditions — Your Rights and Obligations on the Platform

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 94pkr platform, including all casino gaming services, sports betting services, instant games, financial transaction services, and any other features accessible through the 94pkr website and its associated mobile-optimised interface (collectively, the "Platform").

94pkr is operated by its licensed operating entity ("94pkr", "we", "us", or "our") under an international gaming authority license. The Platform is made available to eligible users in jurisdictions where the use of such services is not prohibited by applicable law.

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any bet or wager, you ("User", "you", or "your") confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

To register and maintain an account with 94pkr, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be a natural person. Corporations, partnerships, and other legal entities are not eligible to hold user accounts.

• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion agreement with 94pkr or any affiliated platform at the time of registration or at any subsequent point.

• All registration information you provide must be accurate, complete, and current. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms.

94pkr reserves the right to decline any registration application or to close any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects that eligibility criteria are not met, where documentation cannot be verified, or where the registration appears to duplicate an existing account.

Upon successful registration and identity verification, 94pkr will open a personal account for you. Your account is personal to you and must not be shared with, transferred to, or operated by any third party.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your 94pkr login credentials, including your username and password. We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for your account. Any activity conducted through your account using valid login credentials — whether by you or by a third party who has obtained access — is your responsibility unless you have notified 94pkr of suspected unauthorized access.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify 94pkr immediately through the live support channel. 94pkr will investigate and may temporarily suspend your account pending resolution.

94pkr reserves the right to suspend or close any account, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably suspects:

• A breach of these Terms or any incorporated policy.
• Fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise improper activity.
• Failure to pass identity, age, or source-of-funds verification.
• That the account is involved in money laundering, match-fixing, or any other criminal activity.
• Any regulatory requirement necessitating suspension or closure.

You may request account closure at any time by contacting 94pkr support. Any remaining verified balance at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to you via your nominated payment method, subject to verification of pending wagering requirements and absence of any open investigations.

All financial transactions on the 94pkr Platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 94pkr does not charge transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals via any supported payment method. Any fees imposed by the payment provider on their end are outside 94pkr's control.

Supported payment methods include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank, UBL Bank, Meezan Bank, Visa, Mastercard, Raast, and 1LINK. The availability of specific methods may vary and 94pkr reserves the right to add or remove payment channels at any time.

Deposits are credited to your account upon confirmed receipt of funds. Minimum deposit amounts apply per payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction. 94pkr does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — all deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.

Withdrawal requests are processed as follows:

• JazzCash and EasyPaisa: processed within 60 seconds of approval, 24 hours a day.
• HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank transfers: same-day processing for requests submitted before 15:00 PKT; next business day for later requests.
• Visa and Mastercard: 3–5 business days, subject to card issuer processing times.
• Raast and 1LINK: same-day processing in line with Raast network availability.

94pkr reserves the right to carry out enhanced verification checks before processing any withdrawal. These checks may include identity verification, source-of-funds documentation, and review of wagering activity. Where a withdrawal is delayed pending verification, 94pkr will notify you via the support channel.

94pkr offers various bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, reload offers, free bet credits, and cashback promotions. Each bonus is subject to its own specific terms, which are set out on the relevant promotion page and form part of these Terms where applicable.

Unless stated otherwise, all bonuses at 94pkr are subject to the following general conditions:

• Wagering requirements must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each bonus offer.
• Bonuses expire within the timeframe stated on the promotion. Expired bonus balances are removed automatically.
• Not all games contribute equally to bonus wagering requirements. Contribution rates are stated in the specific bonus terms.
• 94pkr reserves the right to change, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses are issued for recreational play and may not be transferred between accounts.

By placing bets or wagers on the 94pkr Platform, you acknowledge and accept that gambling involves real financial risk and that outcomes are determined by chance and/or sporting results that 94pkr does not control.

All bets are final once confirmed. 94pkr does not accept requests to cancel or amend placed bets except in the specific circumstances outlined below:

• A sporting event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before completion and no result can be determined under the applicable sports betting rules.
• A palpable error in the displayed odds or game parameters is identified by 94pkr before the relevant event concludes.
• A technical fault causes an incorrect or incomplete bet placement, as confirmed by server-side transaction records.

Casino games on the 94pkr platform — including slots, live dealer games, and instant games — use independently certified random number generation (RNG) technology or real physical equipment (in the case of live dealer tables). Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are documented for all RNG-based games. 94pkr does not guarantee that any player will win any particular amount or any amount at all.

Live dealer table results are determined by the physical outcome of dealing cards or spinning wheels under the supervision of licensed studio operations. In the event of a dispute regarding a live dealer game result, 94pkr's server records and the studio's video record are the definitive evidence.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 94pkr Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account, whether under the same identity or different identities.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform in any way not intended for human users.
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any manipulation of sporting outcomes.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorism financing, or any other criminal financial activity.
• Exploiting platform bugs, technical errors, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from exploitation of a known or unknown platform error are void.
• Engaging in collusion with other players, including but not limited to coordinated betting on live dealer tables or sports markets.
• Providing false information at registration, during verification, or in any communication with 94pkr.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorized payment methods to fund your account.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing 94pkr staff or other users through any communication channel.

All content on the 94pkr Platform — including but not limited to the 94pkr name and logo, website design, graphical elements, text, software, game interfaces, audio, and video content — is the intellectual property of 94pkr or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, recreational gambling purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not grant you any right to copy, reproduce, distribute, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform or its content.

Any unauthorized use of 94pkr intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may give rise to civil and criminal liability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 94pkr, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds resulting from gambling activity on the Platform, including losses resulting from sports betting outcomes or casino game results.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, delay, or failure of the Platform caused by circumstances beyond 94pkr's reasonable control, including network outages, government actions, or force majeure events.
• Any unauthorized access to your account where you have failed to maintain adequate security of your login credentials.
• Any inaccuracy in odds or game parameters that is corrected promptly by 94pkr upon discovery.

94pkr's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to 94pkr in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

94pkr is committed to providing a safe and responsible gambling environment. The Platform is intended for adult entertainment only and is not a source of income. You should only gamble with funds you can genuinely afford to lose.

94pkr provides the following responsible gaming tools, all accessible from within your account:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Cap the maximum amount you can lose over a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for each gaming session, after which you will be automatically logged out.

94pkr collects personal data including identification documents, payment information, and gameplay records as required under its international gaming license obligations, including Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) requirements. This data is processed lawfully and is not sold to third parties outside of the Platform's licensed operational requirements.

94pkr reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, 94pkr will provide notice to registered users via email to their registered address or via a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the amended Terms taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 3.

The most current version of these Terms is always available on this page. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document indicates when the current version entered into force.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 94pkr holds its international gaming license. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including disputes relating to their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

Where permitted by applicable law, 94pkr may elect to resolve disputes through binding arbitration. Users agree to participate in good faith in any dispute resolution process initiated by 94pkr before commencing formal legal proceedings.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its legitimate interests.
